The summary

Billing shows Claims on file, Total billed, Payments posted, and Outstanding balance.

Claim forms

Download copies of the superbills and CMS-1500 forms your provider shared, or Email to insurance to send one to your insurer directly.

Claim history

Each claim record shows billed, paid, and patient responsibility. It mirrors the work your provider is tracking for your sessions.

The portal Billing tab with the balance summary, claim forms, and claim history.

Paying

Pay on an outstanding balance opens a secure checkout. When the payment is done you return to a confirmation page and the balance updates. Statements and Good Faith Estimates your provider issued are under Documents > Shared with you.

Frequently asked questions

What is a superbill and what do I do with it?

It is an itemized receipt with the codes your insurer needs to reimburse you for out-of-network care. Download it or use Email to insurance, then follow your plan's claim instructions. See the blog guide on superbills.

Does the practice keep my card on file?

No. You pay each bill when you choose to, and the card details go to the payment processor, not the practice.
