Patient portal

Patient portal: home programs

For patients and families: find the exercises your therapist assigned, read the instructions in your language, mark them done each day, watch the week fill in, and play the demo video.

Sefton Editorial · Reviewed by Sefton Product ·

Programs are the exercises and activities your therapist asked you to practice between visits.

Each program

The title and instructions (sets, reps, cues), how often, which goal it supports, and a Watch demo video link when your therapist attached one.

Marking practice

Mark done today when you have practiced. This week shows the days you did. When every program is checked off for the day the page says so.

The Programs tab with two home programs, instructions in Spanish, and Mark done today buttons.

Why it matters

Your therapist sees the check-offs on the goal, alongside what happens in sessions. It helps them adjust the plan and it is evidence of progress for insurance reports.

Frequently asked questions

The instructions are in a different language from my therapist. Is that right?

Yes. Your therapist writes once and you read it in your preferred language. Show original displays what they typed.

I forgot to check off yesterday. Can I fix it?

Mark done today records today. Tell your therapist in Messages about missed days; they can see the week's pattern and will not mind.
