Profile

Settings > Profile: name, credentials, individual NPI, taxonomy code, license numbers, contact details, and your signature (typed or drawn) used on notes and claims. Keep the NPI and taxonomy accurate; they are the rendering-provider fields on every claim.

Language

Settings > Language switches the whole interface between English and Spanish for you (Sefton Voice and Quick Dictate follow). Families’ languages are set on their records and cover eleven languages in the portal.

Time zone

Settings > Time zone: appointments are scheduled and shown in this zone. Set it to the clinic’s local time; a practice with locations in two zones sets each location’s zone under Locations.

Voice settings

Settings > Voice: hold-to-talk or hands-free, privacy mode (never speaks a patient’s name aloud), and the confirmation style Sefton Voice uses before it acts.

Does my interface language change what families see?
